Lacey Playground

Lacey Playground is an online membership where Nicole is sharing her work as shown on this website with others. I help bobbin lacemakers go from creatively stuck, afraid to experiment, and isolated in their practice to confidently creative, combining techniques, and supported by community.

    Taster sessions:

    Mount Waverley 23rd May 1:30-3:30pm

    Hand Spinners and Weavers 7th June 10am-2:30pm

  • 1:1 in person tuition is available for beginners. Sessions last for 2 hours at a negotiated time and location.

  • Nicole is willing to present on her creative journey in bobbin lace and embroidery as a combined talk or separately online or face to face. Please contact to discuss details.

  • Physical Products (Handmade Lace)

    Because each piece is handmade with care, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

    However, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

    • The item arrives damaged

    • The item is faulty

    • You receive the wrong item

    Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nicolegammiedesigns@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the issue

    Approved returns must be sent back within 14 days. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

    Workshops (Online & In-Person)

    In-Person Workshops

    • Cancellations made 14+ days before the event: Full refund.

    • Cancellations made 7–13 days before: 50% refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before: No refund (you may transfer your place to someone else).

    If we need to cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund or credit.

    Online Workshops (Live)

    • Refunds available up to 48 hours before the session.

    • No refunds once access links or recordings have been sent.

    Digital Products (Patterns, PDFs, Downloads)

    Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
    We do not offer refunds once files have been downloaded.

    If you experience technical issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will assist promptly.
